Positives:
Very stylish and arty. Much more beautiful than I expected. The compact room was cleverly furnished to make the most the bathroom especially. The Hotel provides bicycles for your charge. Everywhere I looked at the feeling of luxury yet it was inexpensive.
Negatives:
I wish the room had a chair.
Positives:
Very beautiful lobby and restaurant; location was great for walking to Pike Place Market and the monorail to the Seattle Center. Comfortable bed.
Negatives:
Some minor things in the bedroom (King deluxe)-the full length mirror is awkward to access because it's in the closet and the tiny bathroom's light switches weren't located near the bathroom at all. Also the shower is hard to turn on without getting soaked as you try to adjust the spray and temperature. We ate in the restaurant one night and the salmon was awful, but the pork was tasty even though a little dry. The truffle fries were too soaked with truffle sauce to be palatable. Our waitress never asked how the food was but just took away my daughter's barely touched plate of fish and the soggy fries without comment.

Nice hotel, but probably could...
Positives:
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nice rooms and comfy furniture.
Negatives:
The climate controller made terrible buzzing sounds on and off throughout the night, which kept waking me up. However, the staff were kind enough to wave some fees for me as an apology. Sadly, no bathtub for a good soak and the hotel uses the thinnest toiletpaper I've ever witnessed. In a penthouse suite, I felt a little more could be done to make the price worthwhile.
Review
Not quite penthouse quality.
Positives:
Good location, close to convention center. Good size of room, staff very helpful with getting room upgrade and helping with our requests, friendly too.
Negatives:
No fan in bathroom. Fridge could be colder. It’d be nice if they had a pool or jacuzzi.

Negatives:
Bar closes a little early, but other than that it was great!

Exceptional
Positives:
The hotel itself was located perfect for our needs. Staff were fine. Everything was clean. Lobby areas were a nice touch although we didn't really hang out too much. I liked that we could pay for perking and not worry about our car.
Negatives:
Rooms was fairly small and bathroom extremely small. We could barely get ready and no place to put anything. Restaurant downstairs was very expensive. Coffee as well. No sitting area in room. Just a bed and one chair. I would have preferred a coffee maker over the nespresso machine that we never did figure out how to use. No microwave.

Positives:
Good sized room with nice view with very comfortable bed. Excellent location with short walk to Pike Place market and Waterfront.
Negatives:
Nothing major but daily room cleaning has to be requested which was not made clear on arrival. Also restaurant a little expensive but plenty of alternatives available.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay in...
Positives:
Cool vintage vibe, comfortable accommodations, so close to the convention center but much more affordable than the Sheridan or Hyatt. It’s so convenient to have a cafe with coffee and pastries in the lobby, and Starbucks is right across the street.
Negatives:
The smell of smoke or incense in the lobby is pretty strong, might not be good for people sensitive to smells. Not a problem in the rooms though. The concierge told me that since I was staying multiple nights, housekeeping would be on request which was fine by me, but then housekeeping came every day anyways so that was a little startling, not a real problem just confusing.

Positives:
Beautiful hotel in downtown Seattle. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Each room has a Nespresso machine and the pods are free.
Negatives:
The lobby and floors smell like smoke, not of cigarette but of strong incense. Its kinda nice, but after a while it started burning my eyes and throat. But you cant really smell it in your room.
