If you cancel your reservation after Apr 20, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: The bed was slightly uncomfortable. The pillows were some of the worst I have ever slept on. Had to go buy a new pillow because the pillows at this already expensive hotel were HORRIBLE.
