The bed was horrible. Lumpy. Hair dryer blew cold air tried calling housekeeping no one would answer. Called the front desk took a half hour to get another one. Room was different than what I was shown online. Smelled like someone had been smoking. For the money I expected a lot nicer room. Not so old and out dated.

I went to meet up with my girlfriends for Laurel Hill concert and the location was amazing to get to the amtrak. We walked down to Pike Street for seafood, flowers, drinks, chinese food , and so much more. I really love the Sheraton Grand and will return soon!

Location right next to the convention center was superb. Room was spacious and clean and king size bed was very comfy. The only downside was weak water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was very good as long as you ordered a la carte.
Negatives:
While the service quality is very good it is very expensive. However, Seattle in general is very expensive, so maybe it is not so unusual. I also don't like hidden fees (4% added in the breakfast for some weird reasons beyond tax; $10 charge for accepting for me a small package from Amazon and keeping it for a few hours).
