There were homeless people and drug addicts hanging out on the blocks immediately around the hotel.

Rooms were clean, staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, front doors lock at 10 so I always felt safe. Close to a lot of great restaurants and grocery stores. Wonderful place to stay!!
