Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms comfy and clean.

Exorbitant fees for wifi, Internet didn't work half the time, ordered food and was told to pick it up at concierge desk and waited 45 minutes only to find it sitting at the restaurant stone cold, elevators were not working most of Easter weekend during a huge anime convention and I had to walk down from the 27th floor several times, and at times waited 35 minutes for an elevator (not an exaggeration!) Even with 3 of 4 elevators working, It took me 2.5 hours to take my stuff down to my car as I had to make several trips and each trip took 30 minutes due to elevator wait times. Horrendous. Never again.

The room itself was nice and staff were accommodating.

The resort fee felt like a hidden cost. Elevators were broken most our stay (though we were assured it was a surprise for the hotel too). Machine for tapping out of parking didn't work that may of caused additional charges.

Location was great easy to walk to local attractions, easy parking, nice lobby, rooms had newer carpeting and were clean.
Negatives:
Beds were very uncomfortable, very softy/springy, didn't sleep well.
Each evening there was no hot water so could not shower until late or in the morning.
Very low water pressure, just a trickle so could not use the main shower head, just the hand wand.
