I didn't like the fact that the snack vending machine was at another hotel close by along with the pool and hot tub. Also the breakfast there was horrible, as in muffins were extremely dry and not much to choose from.

They say they have a Continental breakfast when we registered they said no they have grab and go next morning went to grab it all they offered was granola bars and hot cereal no milk no bowls no eating utensils

It smelled smoke on the third floor and the carpet was very old and dirty in the halls and stairwells. The breakfast was very lacking, with most everything pretty much frozen requiring it to be microwaved (individually wrapped waffles, frozen bagels, etc)

The price point for location and the front desk staff was friendly.

Lumpy pillows. I realize you can't control if a guest wants to walk around their room at 3am. Construction of this hotel seemed sub-par. I heard every squeak and footstep of the guest above me for about an hour. Likely no sound insulation between units.

Old and dated. The walls are paper thin, could hear every word said in the room next to mine

Beds were super uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Open electrical wires in out room.

Location. And when we arrived in the room there were people down the hall in a family fight. When my wife called the desk they sent someone up quickly to take care of it. No more fighting.

The inside of the toilet had mold on it.

Clean room with everything working, and even a swimming pool. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Gym was not available - and staff indicates the gym is being decommissioned so should be removed from the hotel listing. Breakfast was very good for a grab and go breakfast, but should be listed as continental.

The checkin process was fast and there was no deposit held, only the credit card held on file.
Negatives:
There was a long black hair and a male mustache hair left in the tub, along with peeling paint in the bath tub. The size of the bathroom was incredibly small as well.
