Spacious rooms. Very clean. Spacious bathroom.

The sliding “barn door” on the bathroom would not close and was very noisy. We had to change rooms and then it was fine. We have stayed at this hotel three times and this is the second time this exact thing has happened. Staff was very accommodating to move us.

Most comfortable bed in recent travels. The room was excellent too although there was no view.

We booked this hotel because, a year ago, we enjoyed the best served free breakfast (eggs Benedict etc.) from a menu. This time, we arrived to an empty restaurant with tables that hadn’t been cleaned, and a basic buffet of overcooked scrambled eggs and tasteless potatoes. When the attendant showed up, he immersed himself in his phone without even a greeting. We would have been okay with the happy middle.
There is a large population of homeless people in the area.

The breakfast is lacking and needs much improvement ~ most of us would prefer hot freshly made breakfast vs buffet style that is cold and dried out ....needs some work!

The only downside is that the hotel advertises breakfast included. We only found out from another review and a sign outside the hotel that no breakfast, coffee or alternative were provided. I purposely did not ask the staff and they did not offer any information apology or alternative.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were modern and exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room had decaf Keurig coffee (which is rare).
Negatives:
Room had one small frosted window hidden behind the bed headboard so it did not let in light and the room felt claustrophobic. Ceilings have little to insulation so you can hear every noise above you. Housekeeping missed us the first night and there was a shortage of room keys and towels. And there was a college team staying there that ate all of the breakfast - hotel did not plan for that so there was nothing left for the guests. Also there is no dedicated valet so the front desk takes turn parking and retrieving cars.
