Disappointing
Positives:
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Any questions or problems they were right there helping us. We were very impressed by them.
Negatives:
The rooms to start off were dirty, the lock on the door was broken, the room smelled very strong like smoke even though it was a none smoking room, and there were burn holes in the sheets. We ended up asking for a refund and left to stay somewhere else.

I had trouble checking in. They said that I wasn’t booked when I made sure to bodo so the night before. Which I actually spoke to one of your representatives online. She reassured me that my room was booked and I was provided with a code to check in. Instead I stood around for an hour until I was finally checked in. Therefore lost an hour of rest.
