We were there for an anniversary overnight stay which turned into 2 nights because of snow/ice closing the roads. It was a beautiful lodge to be stranded at, and the staff were all attentive and fabulous. The food served at the onsite restaurants was very good, also.

Positives:
Comfy, spacious room with accomodations for my mom. Coffee/tea/hot cocoa/hot cider bar in the morning. Cozy lobby with beautiful views. The spa - inside pool + jacuzzi, outside jacuzzi, and jacuzzi + sauna in the women's locker room.
Negatives:
Wish the fire place produced a little more heat. Wanted a microwave in the room. Otherwise, everything was great.

The room was very nice. However, each time we went to a restaurant in the hotel the service was a nonexistent, spoiled and otherwise perfect stay!
Negatives:
Restaurant staff well below par. Front desk, staff and housekeeping staff were excellent. However, it took five phone calls to get someone to answer a question about a charge on my credit card
