Positives:
Property was beautiful and it really felt like an upscale space when I got in to the lobby. It was very close to some bars so location was great with walking distance. Bed was comfortable and the views were fantastic.
Negatives:
Had a few hiccups. My hotel key card was not working for the room key initially and in the elevator, had to go to the front desk to get some assistance two different times which was inconvenient. I was not impressed with the Club Patron Lounge, especially at breakfast, there was molded English muffins before I told the assigned worker there. The bathrooms were small but not bad.

Elevators are finicky, they don't always read the cards and end up going to the first floor before going just one floor up or down.

That I was big a spacious but our room was little.
Negatives:
The hotel seemed to be old. Our room was so tiny for the price I paid. The carpet everywhere in that place and in our room was bunched up. That whole place looks like it could be remodeled. For the price I paid I was expecting for it to be more elegant and up to date.

Lobby and bar are beautiful, stunning actually.
Room was clean and mattress was surprisingly very comfortable. I had a good night sleep.

Room did both match the lobby. Room was ok at best. It was quite old and worn out. Wallpaper was coming off, bed skirt had holes.

Love the property. It is well appointed, clean , and comfortable. The location is close to my family, which is why I came to town.

I don’t like that the lobby smells of cigarettes someitimes as there is a bar in the lobby. I don’t know if people actually smoke inside or if it comes in from the outside. The rooms are clean and smoke free.

It was pleasant. nice views

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
It was very run down. Broken panels in the elevators, cracked walls, cracked sink, and overall a lot of repairs were needed. The shower was very old and not very nice. We also didn't have hot water for hours after waking up to shower and the parking lot didn't have enough spots to park our car even after paying $25 to park onsite.

Everything was great from the staff, location, and room. Lobby was very spacious and welcoming and smelled very good. Staff was very attentive. View from room was awesome, great shot of downtown Tacoma.
Negatives:
The parking lot next door to the hotel has limited spaces and also has a fee. I didn't have any issues finding a parking spot on any night but you may need to park and walk a short bit to get to the hotel.
