Negatives: The room had like a dirty wet carpet smell that lingered throughout the whole stay. We had to buy Febreeze to make it breathable. The bedding had noticable stains almost seeming as if it wasn't changed or washed properly.

Negatives: The first night they charged me an extra$---the next morning another $---an couple hrs later 2 $--charges and then $6.23 still waiting for this money to be returned

Negatives: This was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It smelled so bad and the floor was covered in stains. Do not recommend

Negatives: this motel REEKED of marijuana in all the common areas. My being allergic to marijuana mad it a very unpleasant stay. Do not expect any service in you room unless you request it after a couple of days.

Negatives: Dirty. Nasty. Kids in the pool unsupervised at all hours- eating and drinking in the pool and hot tub...pop tarts floating in the water, Mountain Dew being poured into the hot tub.

Negatives: Crime - no parking security, homeless people sleeping in parking lot. Handicapped parking in front of lobby- was told I couldnt park there (with placards) because it was for the mangers parking . Have stayed at this property many times - no more

Negatives: I miss the way this hotel was run before. I was really upset at the changes surely don't feel like it was worth the money.

Negatives: Price was inflated for a concert that was cancelled. Prepaid on booking.com and was charged again after checkout for 2 separate nights despite checking out early due to unpleasant experience. So charged for 4bnoghts total. Still waiting for a response back from the property. At check in, was given keys to a room that was still dirty. Came across rusted exacto craft blade in the hallway on the way to room. Came back 2 and a half hours later, room was still dirty. Asked to be switched to a different room. Was given keys to a room with guests still in it. Went back to get keys for a 3rd time and had to resort to smelly pet room on first floor. Room was filthy, large dark dusty cobwebs in every corner, black handprint on ceiling and wall. Floor was incredible stained and not vacuumed. Booking said pool was closed and COVID protocols were in place but the pool and hot tub were indeed open, but the pool deck and hot tub were so grimy we had to get out. Very poor experience, upset we wasted money and vacation time on this stay.

Negatives: The hotel was dirty in the rooms, and pool room. The exercise room was laughable. The hotel basically looks lovely me it is falling apart inside.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The room although comfortable and a great size had stains on the carpet that made it look dirty and would have given me cause for concern but you could smell the cleaning products when you walked in the room

Negatives: Filthy carpets, 1/4 roll of toilet paper for 3 adults, we had to fix the curtains so they would close, there was no meat, eggs, toast or muffins. cups of cereal but no spoons to eat it. no cream for coffee. Hall ways not vacuumed once. Construction

Negatives: My car got broken into in the parking lot. I was parked almost directly in front of the front door of the hotel. Hotel is not in a great area. There is construction going on to the hotel. While we were there they hit something and the fire alarm went off causing us to be evacuated while we were getting ready for our concert.

Negatives: There was blood all over the rug, the room smelled like cigarettes, the curtains didnt close, and there was plastic wrapped around the smoke detector. When I asked for another room, the staff told me there was no other room. We left.
