Not what I expected
Positives:
I always thought motel 6 was a budget but adequate motel. There were a couple motels in the area that cost less but I wasn't familiar with them so we stayed at the tried and true motel 6. I was shocked at the cost vs value. For the price I at least expected free shampoo!
Negatives:
You had to pay for things like shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and toothbrush. Things other comparable motels had free right in the room. I could have bought them cheaper at Dollar Tree too. Needless to say, since I hadn't packed shampoo for the 10 day cross country trip, I didn't shower that night.

it's a no frills stay....bed was comfy and towels were clean

I liked how quickly it was go get to everything.
Negatives:
The first room they purchased me in smelled like cat pee, and there was cat hair on the bed, cat food, and litter all over the floor. The floor was disgusting so dirty the floor was brown. All of the little complementary soaps were open. The second room was a little better, but not much. I wish I had just paid the extra to get a better hotel.

The 2nd worst experience in a hotel ever
Positives:
Overall rating for the in Tacoma, I would give an eight and a nine due to the staff because as a person that works there I think shes the night manager goes by Dez goes above and beyond customer service recognizes the needs of her customers.

Dayshift staff I am currently voiding three transactions from Motel 6 due to being treated inappropriately saying I have not been paying for the room witch I obviously have receipts, and was accused of not paying for my room , no customer service skills

Well, our stay here was okay. Everything is fine. And its cheaper and easy for others to rent depending on finances. When we check out. I wish the best for the staff and everyone stays here.

The accessibility to i5 and a few restaurants.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days, I had booked for 7 however due to the fact that the room was only cleaned once on day one and no one bothered to change my laundry or clean the house or even add supplies to the room afterwards despite calling reception twice for the same was devastating.
