Positives:
I liked that the hotel was located near the mall. this extended Stay needs to be shut down. I saw large dying dogs and owners llok t by e same. There is no vacuum, so carpet has never been cleaned. I had chane room due to strong cat pee.

nothing.I had to go buy cleaning products and clean the room on the 1st day I checked in.Staff does not use cleaning products,only a dirty broom. large dying dogs all over the hotel.Very Disgusting.Needs to shut down. No vacuum;nasty carpet.Unfit for stay

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Blair, John and one other Black Young Lady she was light brown and worked the morning shift

The time span that they cleaned your room. Paying 100.00 dollars a day I should not have to take my towels and sheets to the front counter if I waned service before the scheduled day.

I am going to stop using this app. We have used it several times and have had more really bad hotels

This place is an extended stay. That ones Ive previously stayed in had dishes in the rooms available to me. We were not notified that we needed to go to the office to ask for them. There was no note or communication from the front desk.
Negatives:
The building felt used and old. While its understandable that buildings get greasy usagemany cleaning needs get overlooked. Walls near elevators and high traffic areas are dirty. Carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed..this place did not bring me comfort away from home. It was evident also that there were tenants living on the property. The window ledges were full of personal affects and gave more of an apartment complex feeling.

It was dirty, smelled like smoke, the light only worked after 10 minutes or so of having the switch turned on the tub was dirty. The chairs had cuts and slices in them. The lady in the lobby that I ran into said, she found cockroaches in hers smelled like urine.
