Negatives: I had to pay twice for my stay because Booking and Home2 Suites couldn’t agree on the price. I was left to figure out the problem on my own. In the end, I had to cancel my Booking reservation and book with the hotel directly. Now it seems that I won’t get refunded by either company. That’s the last time I use Booking for hotel reservations.

Negatives: They didn't accept my letter for friends & family discount.

Negatives: The matresses were extremely lumpy, as well as the pillows. Did not get a good nights sleep. We also did not appreciate that the bathroom door doesnt close/lock. The breakfast food was meh, and the plates and silverware were not easily visable.

Negatives: Nothing.

Negatives: The breakfast was out of food both days no juice or plates. When the food came out it was either over done or not cooked. The pool was dirty with a film on the top.

Negatives: Few things 1.place is like in a hide away zone 2.rooms wasnt clean smell like pet cleaner 3.hardly any staff that we saw working 4.we was expecting that even if it was a rainy day they would still have the outdoor set up and fire pits or heaters on but instead not even the set up was out and look lil trashy was a bad experience and feel to the entrance of the hotel cushions werent there it was just not just that but much more i love your hotels but very dissapointed also paid for 2 rooms because my family and i invited my brother and his family to enjoy the weekend but it wasnt what we expected and to be clear this happen about 3 weeks ago not just now if post marks today is date.

Negatives: Pool water a little cloudy. Juice unavailable at breakfast.

Negatives: Rooms a bit small

Negatives: Mattress is worn. System to keep lights on seems unnecessary. Room was very warm and other than turning on air conditioning there was no way to cool it down. You can hear every footstep overhead and the floor was moving when we walked on it. We are two smaller people. Our parking pass indicated that we paid $10 a night for parking which seems unnecessary. There were sports teams staying while we were there, so this might be a better place for them then a travelling couple.

Negatives: I did not care for the younger lady probably early 20’s. She worked the night shift. Was not very personable, and not very friendly, especially when I asked how to my disabled daughter and her husband to use the shuttle when their plane came in at 10 pm. The designated pet area outside was not very big, ended up having to take them on evening walks to get them to go potty.
