Negatives:
Surprise $100 deposit added to the bill at check-in and charged to credit card, apparently refundable days later, should have been stated before booking. Room very basic and plain.

Bad location! The staff had to chase a homeless guy away from the property right after we arrived and then the propane tanks on our trailer and a cooler from our truck were stolen during the night.
