Positives:
Rooms were as expected for the price. Basic, clean, but smelled of mildew.
Negatives:
Had to pay additional $20 (cash only) for room and the guy put it straight in his pocket -no receipt -asked to pay $50 deposit due to missing plastic ice bucket. Again cash, no receipt and I returned it when I noticed it got packed accidentally.Scammed!

Good central location for a great price. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Some issues did come up, in regards to the maintenance work that was being done on each rooms's annual air-onditioning and the amount noise and inconveniences it caused.

Basic room, not worth the money. Just ok

The room was pretty clean, and the desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful at chek in.
Negatives:
The shower was impossible; the pressure was so intense- it stung me, and the drain was plugged. The promised free breakfast was not there, and the morning staff was rude.

The cleaning lady Santa was her name pounded on our door while we were packing stuff up and told me she was going to call the cops because check out was at 11:00 it was 11:10 then continued to yell at me while loading stuff up, I complained to the front desk when I turned in my key he said I know youre the 3rd person shes done that to this morning. I will NEVER stay here again!!

The location was very good. We were able to walk to a lot of places in downtown as well as catch the freeway easily

Directions to the mktel. The weren't clear and we stumbled around 4 bit before finding it.

The check in employee was great. Prime location!
Negatives:
The room was sketchy. Bathroom window was broken and had no lock. Lighting in rooms feels like a breaking bad episode. Please know that lighting is everything.... Too close to freeway which cannot be changed. Doors don't feel secure. We could not sleep all night worried about security. Get new lighting that and heavier and more secure doors, windows, locks, etc. Your in a prime location so it would pay to do a few updates and have the place full all of the time.

I understand that everyone is struggling to stay profitable these days. With that said, The room was dirty and there were holes and stains on the blankets. The HVAC wall unit had little tree fresheners jammed into it. The laminate flooring had huge gap
