Positives:
We have here several times in the past , however this was our first time since Covid . We definitely noticed a change . Still decent but not great like before . Obviously hotel industry took a huge hit during Covid so understandable. Property was a little run down , bed had an underlying plastic sheet so it crinkled when you turned over . Nothing came out of shampoo dispenser in shower even though it was full . New fancy digital coffee dispenser in lobby gave terrible coffee, was not drinkable. Room didnt smell bad but not fresh either. Thought we were getting a great nightly rate but turns out it wasnt worth any more . Honestly not sure we will return. Staff however is still very friendly and accommodating. Not their fault Im sure .

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was so close to town you could easily walk to it, and being right next to the Walla Walla Steak Co. was a huge plus.
