The bathroom needs work, the curtains had holes, the door was hard to open but yet in the middle of the night the door was cracked open which I shut. The TV remote was falling apart.

We booked 2 rooms last minute. My room has a leak in the shower head and my kids room floor was so dirty when I picked up my grandson his feet were black with dirt and debris fell off of him.
