The hotel staff does not make up for any dissatisfaction. I reported the room that I was in that the thermostat was broken so I seen the night in a cold room. It was below 30 degrees outside.

Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.

The breakfast was poor. Bruised/brown bananas, no breakfast bowls, egg/cheese omlette barely warm and barely available, no bread,toast, muffins etc. orange juice was watery. Had I known the breakfast was this bad I would have gone out somewhere.
