Quality Inn Yakima near State Fair Park

Negatives: They need to clean better. There was still sugar in the desk drawer and dirt behind the toilet. The blanket on the bed had a funny smell. It can use some fixing up and a good scrub down. The desk chair fabric was all falling apart.

Negatives: Not much of a breakfast area, the lobby was run down and not very well maintained. location was ghetto, a whole lot of sketchy people hanging out around the hotel. When I called about the smell in the room the receptionist just suggested opening the windows but I would have rather been moved rooms

Negatives: The hotel itself was massively run down. There were people obviously living there. And it was very shabby. The area that it is located in did not seem secure or safe at all! This was not a good place for two women traveling alone to stay. We were lucky enough to find another room at a hotel on a weekend where the entire town was sold out for an event. I am extremely disappointed with this booking. The photographs listed made it look like a really nice hotel.

Negatives: Sketchy area. Inaccessible rooms. Paid for hot breakfast buffet and received a small frozen breakfast bag (no coffee or water) instead. Unsanitary and unclean. Large layers of dust everywhere and the carpet ripped up in spots. Staff was not friendly and charged me twice for my dog

Negatives: ants, broken tv remote, poor repairs evident in shower, stains in bathroom, smelled like an old hotel, 2-day car repair in lot, remodel debris strewn about …

Negatives: The shower didn't work well at all. The facilities grounds are filthy. Dog feces on the walkways, cigarette butts strewn all around along with trash.

Negatives: The trash was over flowing everywhere outside and the room wasn’t clean, the chair was covered in stains as well as the bed sheets. The shower had mold on the walls.

Negatives: Dirty sheets, not disability capable as stated

Negatives: room was in disgusting shape ! smelled like smoke, bathroom was filthy. looked like mold in the bathroom. writing was on the outside door. motel didn’t look anything like the picture on the website ….very run down. ended up not staying there! called around and got a room at another hotel….at midnight!! I didn’t care if it cost me extra money to stay elsewhere…wasn’t staying there.

Negatives: The room was dirty, stunk, stains everywhere, the heater was up on the back wall by the bathroom and no heat got to the beds area. It also had cobwebs on it and bathroom sink and counters were dirty. Still had soap stuff on the glass plate
