Old run down inside needs major updates or just better care of it. Carpet coming up in hallways, very old spring beds, paint peeling. For the cost not worth it at all. You could go to a brand new hotel for the same cost and this is with my Booking. Com savings.Not what I expect from this hotel company.

The shower pressure was great.
Negatives:
The rooms were mostly clean, but they need to be updated because they look very worn out. The beds were the least comfortable beds I've ever slept on; I considered sleeping on the floor. The breakfast was adequate,00 but the staff were not able to keep up with the demand.

Man who checked us in, who seemed to be the manager, was polite, helpful, and efficient. Two other people who worked the front desk were exactly the opposite. Cookies were good.
Negatives:
Physical plant was poorly maintained. Broken and loose floor tiles in bathroom, mold in tub, shabby furnishings. Bedroom television didn’t work. Coffeemaker in room, but no cups. Ice machine didn’t work. No fruit at breakfast except bananas. Rude front desk personnel. Would not stay in a Country Inn and Suites property ever again.

Not too bad except for...
Positives:
Location and beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Tv channels were fuzzy. Bathroom could have used additional cleaning and living quarters could have used a good vacuuming.
When I was checking out some guy was behind the counter going through cabinets but said he didn’t work there….I probably waited 5 minutes before anyone showed up at the counter to print me a receipt.
For $200 I wasn’t impressed at all and won’t reserve a room there again.

The outdoor hot tub was black water w trash floating in it. The indoor pool area was covered with green algae and all doors to bathrooms were rusty. The concrete floors were chipped and pool was freezing. So gross we stayed ten minutes and left. Rooms looked like they attempted a quick facelift but tile was chipped everywhere, carpet curling, and fixtures really old. Elevators were even super old and trashed.
