Positives: The location and restaurants in the area was very good. Easy to access from South Carolina and to head north through West Virginia on our way out.

Negatives: When we arrived the reservation didn't reflect our two requests for a ground floor, pet friendly room, even though I talked to the front desk directly the week before to confirm it. The front desk staff didn't make last minute changes to accommodate us. Our bathroom toilet was leaking when we arrived and the repairman did replace the water value in the tank right away but the toilet still didn't flush properly afterward. There were rust stains around the bathtub and the shower valve was very hard to pull on for some reason.
