Positives:
Small room, but clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave. We could park right in front of our room. There were several places to eat nearby within a half mile.
Negatives:
The steep driveway to get to the hotel. It woould be nice to have an included breakfast.

The shower head was broken there was no coffee pot in the room and no coffee in the lobby after ten am no kleenex will not stay again

Affordable, comfy bed, clean for the most part (a bit dusty in spots). We stayed for 1 night here because all the hotels in Morgantown were booked due to the football game. Fridge and microwave available.

Lack of carpeting. We didn't encounter any drug users, but friends who also stayed here in a different part of the hotel did.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location of it, and it being close to a lot of restaurants, shopping centers, etc.
Negatives:
Firstly, the front desk lady was less than friendly when checking in. I've stayed at 4-star hotels that didn't make it as nearly as complicated about the checking-in process as she did. But my biggest complain/concern is the sanitary upkeep of this place and the complete and utter lack of it. I honestly felt like I was going to 'catch' something just by sitting, so I didn't. It was 'that' bad. I should've known that by the overwhelming smack of urine/cigarette smoke that hit me in the face from the moment I opened my room's door. I didn't expect for this to be a Hilton-type stay for the price I was paying by any means...I was sorta forced to take it at the last minute, but come on now. It was so bad that I checked out an hour into my 'stay'. I just couldn't do it; something about the thick lining of mold in the "ice" buckets, down to the thick layers of dust lining virtually everything in the room, the disturbing amounts of questionable human hairs/stains still left in the shower/sink...along with a toilet that couldn't barely make it through a routine flush cycle, and lastly... the lack of sufficient lighting options in the dimly lit rooms that have cob-webs (and no, I don't believe these ones were intended for Halloween decor purposes) hanging off the curtains/window, just kinda threw me off. I guess the darker they can keep it, the more they hope a person won't notice how dirty the place really is.
