The carpet was badly stained, left our white socks dirty after walking on carpet in room. The elevator at 3rd floor stop was very jerking, AC unit needs service.

My room was clean the pool and hot tub was nice but I paid for a room with a jet bathtub and the tub was not hooked up to water.

That my jetted bath tub was not hooked to water.

The staff was very friendly and helpful the room was clean the beds were comfortable

They must have had a water leak in the bathroom because the ceiling had water stains and the walls look like the water got behind the paint. The bathroom shower curtain wasn't mounted correctly so the curtain kept opening while i was taking a shower. In the floors had red stains on it looked at me like Kool-Aid.
