Positives: The location was great. Close to everything. The shower pressure was amazing.
Negatives: Unfortunately you can tell that the upkeep on this hotel has nearly stopped. Old worn carpet, tiles loose or missing in the bathroom. There was trash from previous stays in the trash cans. Worst part was you can hear everything in adjoining rooms.

Positives: The property was convenient to our college tour and it was very clean
Negatives: The property is pretty dated. Our room had a very old smell, not musty but maybe it used to be a smoking room? It was uncomfortable until we acclimated to it. The in-room amenities were really lacking. No mini fridge, only a small on cup coffee maker.
