Quality Inn Morgantown

Negatives: Room key and room lock did not work. Much time and effort necessary in order to re-enter our room. Breakfast is provided but poor quality. Overall cleanliness is average at best. We will not stay in a (so-called) Quality Inn again.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Already mentioned above. We were afraid to even try the free breakfast. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Negatives: Room was on first floor and next to stairs. Heard every footstep above us and on the stairs. TV was not synced with the remote. Stayed two nights and did not get room cleaning.

Negatives: Not very clean, breakfast food was nil. No coffee at 8:30?? On a Sunday?? After a game ?? Seems like front desk staff also manning the breakfast area may be too much for one person

Negatives: Had bugs and transient people hanging out in the lobby begging for money

Negatives: No hot water. Mold. Garbage in night stand drawer. . Holes in walls. Dirty shower. Shower facet needed repair. Handicap chair was like a foot stool. Maybe be 16 inch high. Breakfast was awful on Friday. Saturday and Sunday was a tad better. Outside area had cigarette butts all over the place . Pot holes in parking lot. There was smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke In hall ways

Negatives: Realized that behind the beds were not cleaned before they allowed me into the room. There was trash behind my beds. And thats unacceptable for hotels. They need to check behind the beds and this honestly made me feel so dirty that I left at like 5 am because I felt I was sleeping on dirty sheets.

Negatives: The shower was unusable. A ring of black mold surrounded the tub on all three sides. It looks like a bad retrofit over and ancient tub that was not possible to be white again. Halfway up the wall, a lip was created by covering old tiles most likely, and the entire lip was caked and wet black mold. The shower curtain had a hole in it right dead center from how it was hung and tucked into the soap holder hand grip within the tub. Just seemed a bit ridiculous to have a hole literally the first thing seen. It could be replaced or sewn?? I mean so the health hazard was not good, I can imagine the entire property has the same issues if the same maid service is working in each room.

Negatives: Dirty, employees were also dirty, friendly but dirty!

Negatives: I was greeted at the counter by a man, nice but really offensive body odor. Breakfast was bad. Very weak coffee and cold eggs. There were long black hairs in the shower even before I got in.

Negatives: The hotel room had not been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor, a baggie secured over the smoke alarm and the toilet had not been cleaned.
