Behind tv very dusty, coffee machine very Motel 6, breakfast needs attention/help, (went to Starbucks) Had to chase down maid for tp and towels, keys are problematic at best.

Nothing. Terrible, awful experience.
Negatives:
Loud stomping over head and yelling. Front desk notified, did not help. Reserved for 4 guest (myself, husband and 2 kids) given 2 towels and 1 washcloth. When I asked for more was basically treated like it was an attempt to steal. After several minutes of interrogation was given 1 thin towel and 1 hand towel, told "all I have". Room was filthy. Bed uncomfortable. Pillows old. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was rude. Avoid this place. I would have slept better in my car.

Room key and room lock did not work. Much time and effort necessary in order to re-enter our room. Breakfast is provided but poor quality. Overall cleanliness is average at best. We will not stay in a (so-called) Quality Inn again.

Easy access off hwy. Current modern look. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds. Staff was courteous.
Negatives:
TV was on closed caption, and small screen. Tecky, Justin came in and fixed it as best he could. Still using those oversized bed pillows which are unusable for me.

Positives:
Location, staff, breakfast availability and the little kitty. Fire pit in lobby.
Negatives:
Not enough towels. Temperature of room. Blanket. I stayed here a few years ago when it was being renovated. Place must be busy and get a beating because it looks like it’s almost ready for another redo.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, excellent location. We loved meeting the resident cat, she was so cute and affectionate! I liked the layout and the modern feel of the entrance/front lobby area.
Negatives:
Some maintenance issues in the room. There were ants in the bathroom on the floor along the bathtub. Quality and selection of the breakfast items was disappointing.

Security lock to stairwell to enter room area was not working , door didn’t lock to outside(so anyone could walk in and roam the halls)
Carpet in room was filthy
Cleaning agent was sprayed and was visable on bathroom walls
Tub had mold around rim
Toilet had feces under seat
Pillows smelled of previous user
If I was traveling with my family I would have left immediately

The hotel is tired
There is no elevator, we were on the second floor. Kind of a hazard carrying bags up and down steps, especially for senior citizens.
The shower had almost zero water pressure.
The bang for the buck was not there.
