The beds were comfortable. The value and location were a bonus.
Negatives:
Dirty shower. Shower curtain did very little to keep water off of the floor in room 102. Looks like it was installed backwards so as the curtain kept drifting to the center and allowed water to spill all over. Toilet barley flushed. It needs work or to be replaced. Breakfast featured mold on bagels, sour milk one day, and low quality fruit (not fresh).

The room was adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were great. Loved the coffee maker and the microwave. There was plenty of room for me to move around in and there were incidentals like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer and 2 soaps for my use in case I forgot something. Plenty of clean towels, too. The location was perfect and easy to get back on the highway for my journey to continue. Good area for food choices. Also, complimentary breakfast that was small but adequate.
Negatives:
The room had an odor of smoke and mildew. By turning on the Fan and A/C, I reduced the smell somewhat. The door to the room wouldn't close and lock properly but after playing with it for a half hour, I figured out how I could secure it. I had called the front desk at least 3 times to no avail. No one answered the phone. Thought I could get some help but no luck. There were some stains on the carpet and animal hairs on the heat/air unit otherwise the room was very clean. It was hard to figure out the TV. Directions would have helped. Bathroom was clean but must have had a leak at one time and the crew didn't finish off the repair very well. Caulking was bad and didn't finish the painting.

The bathroom was dirty with hairs on the bathtub and walls, there was a blanket missing when I asked for an extra blanket they didn’t had any clean and I had to give mine to my kids and my wife and I ended up feeling very cold during the night because we couldn’t turn on the heater because of a strong smell it had.
There was people coming very late (after 1am) and we’re able to hear than walking and talking very loud in the corridor.
The breakfast that was included had almost nothing, just a couple of bagels, bananas and a waffle machine with no batter (what a joke).

It took forever to get a key and service was slow. Not enough staff to solve problems.
The floor in the bathroom was incredibly sticky. the sink plug did not work. Had to use bathtub to brush teeth. Tap on bathtub very difficult to turn. I finally after much effort got the water off. Room is very dull and in much need of a fresh coat of paint!!
