Positives: Except for the coffee breakfast was very good and items frequently refreshed despite a large number of guests (mostly flood relief workers from FEMA, Red Cross and other agencies). Wi-fi service was generally good but has the same problem that I see at Country Inn & Suites... to initiate the service you must first pass through their advertising page and you *must* use Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser. Other browsers and my email application are not recognized until you first use IE.
Negatives: Noise!! The walls are paper thin. We stayed in room 121. When in the bathroom I could hear the people in the next room as though they were standing outside my bathroom door. I was startled at first since I (momentarily) believed these people were actually in my room. When in the room we could hear other guests in the hall as clearly as if they were in the room with us. I also didn't like the Keurig single serve coffee makers in the room. I'm usually up 2 hours before my wife and the Keurig is very slow and very noisy. However, the Keurig does make good coffee but the dining room coffee was so bad I wouldn't drink it. I will temper this comment by saying that we stayed at this hotel about 1 year ago and didn't remember these problems. But perhaps we're just getting old. We didn't remember the hotel either. After this experience we decided in the future that we should stay where we did last year. We were both startled to see that the Visa bill said it was this same hotel. Oh, well...

It's OK but not great for the price
