Rooms have been updated and it was relatively clean in the hotel
Negatives:
The woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly did not want to be there and let everybody know it. There were also staff sitting at the bar being crude, loud and somewhat disgusting. I stayed at the hotel because it had the sports bar.

Helpful and friendly staff. Best room refrigerator we've ever had in a room.

Breakfast was just ok, bland. Selections limited and very expensive. Not worth it if it us nit included with reservations.

Room was close to bar and very noisy on Saturday evening. No breakfast provided.

Elevator repair caused a 30-minute delay for me between check-in and getting to my room.

The location. We had a graduation in Burgettstown PA and this was maybe 5 miles away

The sheets were dirty with blood or lipstick , the outlets did not work, the iron had sticky stuff on it
