Bathroom was clean but one 'mystery spot' i did bring lysol wipes so i fixed it up. other wise good. and the pool area could use some updating. and fixing of the key card on the door for it. for some reason your room key doesn't work on it and they have to let you in.

Pool was freezing and the lobby doors were broke and made the breakfast area frigid. It was being fixed as we were there but very cold.

Good price. Love the hot tub. Loved the hot sausage in the morning. I saw staff vacuuming and otherwise cleaning the common areas during downtime. Way better ketchup packets than before.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was comfortable and clean.

The walls are very thin. We used this room as a couples getaway and could hear every other room’s occupant, which made it rather uncomfortable mentally.

Positives:
It's not a massive hotel, so it has kind of a cozy feel to it. The beds aren't bad, and the rooms are just big enough to be alright.
Negatives:
Issues with the TV and internet going out. I am not surprised, as they use Spectrum and as a previous Spectrum subscriber, it looks like little has changed with that service provider. Also, the breakfasts were limited and virtually the same every day. I am not sure if the property managers enjoy what that they do. It's not bad for the Antigo area, anyway.

Location and ability to park travel trailer in parking lot. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast options were great and diverse.
Negatives:
Hallways had molding removed allowing Sheetrock dust and construction debris visible. The early closure of pool and hot tub due to room having windows facing pool area.
