Negatives: Dirty, curtains half off the window, stepped on garbage getting into bed, back of bathroom door splashed with dirt/mud, 1/3 of roll of toilet paper. Paid the $50 “deposit” since I paid with a debit card. The room was actually cleaner when I left. Checked out 6 hours ago and my deposit has not been refunded at this time. Do not go my the online pictures as it does not represent reality.

Positives: The staff was friendly and went above and beyond due to booking.com not having input the information that was sent to them by the hotel.

Negatives: I didn’t like that they informed booking.com that there pool and hot tub were down. Booking.com advertised them as having a pool and hot tub. That was the main reason I booked that hotel, so that was very disappointing.
