Dirty, curtains half off the window, stepped on garbage getting into bed, back of bathroom door splashed with dirt/mud, 1/3 of roll of toilet paper. Paid the $50 “deposit” since I paid with a debit card. The room was actually cleaner when I left. Checked out 6 hours ago and my deposit has not been refunded at this time. Do not go my the online pictures as it does not represent reality.

The staff was friendly and went above and beyond due to booking.com not having input the information that was sent to them by the hotel.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that they informed booking.com that there pool and hot tub were down. Booking.com advertised them as having a pool and hot tub. That was the main reason I booked that hotel, so that was very disappointing.
