Positives:
Very convenient to downtown area. Plenty of towels & pillows available. Staff was wonderful.
Negatives:
Had to bring a cooler for a multiple day visit. No microwave. Woke up to loud construction noise at 8:00 am on a Sunday.

It's nice enough, and is in the process of updates, nothing special though. No microwave or fridge in the room, something I've come to expect at even lower end hotels. The Orchard does a wonderful breakfast, sports bar is very nice, pool/rec area could use some updating... Maybe a slide?

Review
A pretty mediocre experience. Our hotel wing only had one elevator and the hotel does not allow guests to use stairs so there was always a wait to go up. Continental breakfast was held in a retrofitted guest room that couldn't seat anywhere close to the number of people who came and went. Walls are extremely thin, we could hear our neighbors conversations completely when they were talking in normal voices.
It also seems to be popular with the bar crowd as we had lots of noise from 1-3 AM, which isn't exactly the hotel management's fault but something you should keep in mind if you want to book this hotel.
