The area was beautiful, outside of building looked phenomenal and the lounge area looked phenomenal. My room had water damage all over the bathroom, dirty water stained walls and paint chipped off the bathroom door. Also, my kids room shower drain was completely plugged up and water couldn’t properly drain.

The location was nice, very quiet. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. Love that they are pet friendly.

The pillows were way too soft, no support to them at all, bar not open on Saturday night, pool was very cold.
