Really impressed with the front desk clerk and with housekeeping. We needed to leave, do to a family emergency and she was so kind and very thoughtful. Housekeeping, we needed a couple of supplies! She was willing to push her cart down by our room, wow! We told her there was no need to do that! She gave us the supplies and brought them back to our room! When going back! Candlewood Suites will be the hotel we stay. My Sister and I would like to say "Thank You"!n/

The hotel is located on the south side of Eau Claire along I-94 at Hwy 53 and is easy to find. I have stayed there before and liked its proximity and accommodations. I was in town for the holidays and was just a few miles from my relatives house.
Negatives:
My only complaint was being bothered by a little light on the ceiling near my bed that flashed intermittently during the night while trying to sleep. I think this light was attached to a fire or carbon monoxide alarm. I don't know why else it was there.
