They did not have hand soap, lotion, or conditioner. The bed was also very hard, and the room was very cold when we got there. It is very unsanitary to not provide hand soap. The employee at the front desk said they ran out and it was on back order. They need to figure this out quickly.

The property charged me an additional $80 dollars above my reservation for incidental deposit without my knowledge. I booked through booking.com and am also a Hilton honors member. Was told the rate I booked was with taxes and fees and then was charged additional by the property. I don’t feel that right, and feel that should be shared upfront. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund.
