i COULD SEE THAT THE PRESENT OWNER IS MILKING EVERY PENNY OUT OF THE FACILITY AND REINVESTION NOTHING OR LITTLE BACK IN. tROUBLE IS WHEN FOREIGN MONEY BUYS UP THESE PROPERTIES THEY RUN THEM IN THE GROUND. mY HARDSHIP IS THAT AS THE CONSUMER I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING THIS UNTILL I PARK MY CAR AND SEE WHAT I PAID FOR.
