that i was able to get coffee anytime i wanted.

no change when i paid in cash, twice. having to pay a 50 dollar security on the room. no working hot tub for the second time stay. noisy people. no chain or door guard on door. having to hold down handle to flush the toliet.

no chain or door guard on door even though it is advertised. you have to hold the lever down on the toliet to flush it throughly. housekeeping staff letting their kids run up and down the hall screaming at the top of their lungs. can't get any rest.
