I reserved a King bed suite on Booking.com and when I checked in I wasn’t notified and went into the room and soon realized I was given a Queen Room and was never accommodated with a price adjustment. I paid for something I did not receive and though the hotel itself wasn’t bad and the Attendant wasn’t bad it left a very poor taste for that location in my mind because that’s wrong to do folks that way.

I loved our one bedroom with kitchen and I loved that there was a great areas for grilling! I loved that there’s a social hour !
Negatives:
Needs updating around the property and staff well treated the hotel more like their home than their job. My husband and I heard a lot of stuff we didn’t need to hear! The staff all eat breakfast at hotel and guests get to hear and see all! They do the same for the social hour! They aren’t talking to guests they are socializing with only each other! Very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable!

I appreciated the heads up via text about facilities not being available.
Negatives:
Wasn't able to stay at hotel because I only booked it for its facilities and the hotel alerted me about not having full facilities available. I was told a refund will be issued if I chose to cancel due to that circumstance, so I did. It has been almost a month ago now, and I have initiated contact four times now (about once a week now) and have yet to receive refund I was told would be issued weeks ago, now.
