The room was clean for the most part. I liked the fact that there were mattress protectors on the beds since I am very careful about bed bugs. The beds were also clean and comfortable. The kids loved the breakfast.
Negatives:
The room was very dusty. Almost all the surfaces looked they had not been dusted in quite a while. The air unit needed to be cleaned as it is something I always check and it was very dusty and dirty. Not safe for people with severe asthma. The hallways in the hotel looked like they really needed a good vacuum.

hotel was conveniently located within a few miles of the Girls Basketball tournament

not clean. Upon check in there were dirty towels hanging behind our bathroom door. Don't think the bathroom was properly cleaned. Roo smelled stale and in the bathroom door jam were spider pods. The breakfast was VERY disappointing. No fresh fruit the 1st day 2nd day were apples that were not of great quality and options were very limited for breakfast. Eggs tasted "fake". at night there were people crowding by the side entrance that smelled like marijuana did not feel safe using that entrance

The facilities were good and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was good as we were close to the family we were visiting.
Negatives:
The beds were too high I had to go buy a step stool for my elderly mom to be able to get into the bed. The vent fan in the bathroom was not working it would hum but not vent the steam from the shower.
