Staff are very rude the breakfast that was supposed to be hot was cold and very little for the amount of guests that were there the staff would not fill up the waffle batter so guests could have waffles either several people use it as a home

The price of the room. About the only thing I liked.
Negatives:
I went to check in after paying first online. When I went to check in, I was told my payment declined online, however, my paypal credit account stated payment was taken AND STILL shows paid. I told the front desk this and that I only wanted him to put the incidental deposit on my physical card because I had paid for the room itself online already. He stated he knows it was paid online, so I asked him what he was trying to charge my physical card and he stated he could not tell me that because I went through a third party (booking.com). I told him well if I cannot be told what MY CARD is being charged then to cancel the room. Obviously, my paypal account was still charged due to cancellation being so late. SOOO not happy with how this whole situation was handled.

The stay and the staff were great. The only thing I was disappointed with was that it advertised having a hot tub and pool, but they do not have a hot tub..
