The motel was pretty clean. The location was good and there were plenty of places nearby to get something to eat.
Negatives:
It is listed as being pet friendly. It does not say anywhere that there is a 2 pet limit and that you will be charged $20 per dog extra . This should be charged or listed when you make a reservation that there will be additional fees.i had 3 dogs with me.

It offered continental breakfast, had a pool & hot tube.
Negatives:
headboards had grossness all over them, there was a ton of dirt/dust around the outlets & the night stands. hotel pamphlets were dirty & sticky. lights didnt work properly. tv stations would not come in. Plus, they didnt match what the pamphlet stated.

The room was very hot and humid when we walked in, After we turned on the air conditioner it cooled down but the smell of musty, wet dog smell never went away. My wife had breathing problems, sneezing, coughing. the bed had 3 tiny through pillows
Positives:
It was a very delicious breakfast, but there were no proteins being served other than in the yogurt. I would have appreciated some meat options, but overall it was tasty and quick.
Negatives:
I didn't like how we were put next to a room with a dog, but that was not really anything the hotel itself could control other than stating that they allow pets.

I would rate this higher than a 2 star. It was clean . The pool a hot tub were nice. parking was good.
Negatives:
Just a few small repairs or changes and this would be a solid 3 star hotel. The breakfast was not good ,if you don't like waffles you will only have cold food.

the gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly, really a pleasant man. we arrived over an hour earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early for an extra fee.
Negatives:
the decor was hideous and the room smelled really musty. very poor lighting and I am pretty sure the air conditioning is shut off at night so the room got really warm.
