Negatives: Don’t know

Negatives: The extra blanket for the couch was dirty. I asked for a clean one the only one available was a bed comforter and it also had some stains on it.

Negatives: It was all good.

Negatives: It could’ve been cleaner and more organized

Negatives: The only problem is, the night we were there, we had no hot water. The staff was receptive when we made them aware.

Negatives: They ran out of towels in the pool area twice.

Negatives: The kids pool should have a heater in it. It was ice cold when we came last Saturday night with our son and the big pool was awful cold.

Negatives: Na

Negatives: When we checked in one set of entrance doors wouldn't close so it was very cold in the lobby. The receptionist had to wear her winter coat. The floors in the lobby and breakfast area were also very dirty with snow and salt. Vending machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were out of ordor or sold out. The worst part was a terrible sewage smell. It did improve over night, but was not a pleasant experience. We ended up brewing coffee in our room to try to combat the odor. The pool area was great, but the kid area with the slide had very cold water. My kids didn't even use it because it was so chilly and it was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Negatives: I had booked our five rooms in advance by at least a few weeks plus and requested that the rooms at least be by each other and the day we get there they have one new person working who just started a week ago and they only had two housekeepers so half of the rooms weren't even ready to be checked in until 7:00 at night so we didn't get our money's worth and our rooms were spread out all over on different floors even we could have just went with a Airbnb and felt like we got our money's worth cuz we did not feel like we got our money's worth at all checking in at 7:00 and then having to be out by 11:00 is it a gas station or a hotel not happy at all And when we called after our visit to talk to somebody they didn't even try to compensate anything knowing that what we're saying was true not a free stay not half of our money back not nothing we had five rooms we will not be staying there again and that's sad because I've stayed there before and enjoyed my state.. They need to get more staff there is only one person working the front and they have to check people in 10 to people that are already checked in and anything else that involves maintenance around there and then they only had two housekeepers to clean three levels of rooms I couldn't even be mad at the staff cuz it's not their fault but again the people who own this place seems like are just there to collect the money not make the customer satisfied
