Upon arrival the hallways were dirty dingy and dark. upon getting to our room we immediately knew we couldn't stay here.
Stains on the blankets, and sheets of both beds. the room was cold, dirty and dusty.
I would not feel comfortable staying there.
We were dealing with a family emergency and between that and not having a comfortable place to stay.
NO! JUST NO!
The only thing that would satisfy me would be a complete refund being that I did not stay at your establishment. I understand things can happen but I'm hoping we can resolve this without me having to go to corporate or leave reviews.

8 SHEETS OF TOILET PAPER on the roll ...AND NO EXTRA ROLL IN THE ROOM.

The rooms were nice. It was a great location for going to my son’s house. The rooms were comfortable.

Very expensive for not even...
Positives:
Location - easy access from the highway, close to Green Bay and Appleton. The room was very recently renovated and I was impressed with what they did. The pool worked well to swim with my daughter (no hot tub).
Negatives:
The breakfast was very minimal. Could make your own waffles, was three yogurts, and two types of cereal. Everything was nearly out - the hotel was not very busy so this seemed intentional to save money.

Rooms were ok. Location was convenient. Only 4 cars there that night so there was plenty of parking for the large semi.

Continental Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Nothing except the two cereal bins was kept stocked. Rotten boiled eggs. Had to ask for coffee, milk and waffle batter and only four vehicles were there. Juice machine was out of order. One yogurt.
