All the dishes in dishwasher were not clean. Either they forgot to run it before we came or not working properly.I notified the front desk on checkout. We did not need to use the dishes so no big deal. Front desk staff was very nice

Not enough parking. Reimburse client if charged to park elsewhere. No free bottled water. Client above room 220 horrible. Bounce basketball most of the late night. Complained to front desk but they continued. No sleep.

The property was located in a good location to walk everywhere. The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The parking was an issue. There are two ramps on either side of the hotel and no one knew how the pricing worked. The hotel had no overflow options for parking. Not only did we have to pay a high price for the hotel but also pay to park in the ramp because we had two vehicles. The doors were locked so getting into the hotel initially to check in was difficult. Once I got my keys it was fine. It was very expensive for one weekend so I probably would not stay here again during this event weekend. They never sent the receipt for the stay to our email as requested.

Great central location and free parking. The hotel car park was full when we arrived but there is a large multi storey next door which is free. Was nice to have a hot breakfast included.
Negatives:
The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, seemed quite old and springy (we had four in our room so needed the sofa bed). The bed in the bedroom was really comfy.
