Room was dirty - bathroom was not cleaned old toilet paper on the floor, floor dirty, bed covers not cleaned, room had wear and tear, TV did not work.

It only meets minimum requirements-Maybe Bed linens/towels cleaned but no fresh smells of detergent atall, instead, slightly sticking tobacco smells bothered me. White towels are too old and a bit dirty!! telphone is out of order!no hot water.dirty heater

First experience, Young man came back from work in PM to find room wasn't cleaned, and no linens were changed. GS was rude. Told guest go back to your dirty room. Second, Room 113 had Roaches.

I reserved a non-smoking room, and they gave the smoking one. I called them to change my room to a non-smoking room, but they said they couldn't switch my room since I had already checked in..

Positives:
The staff at the front desk tried to help with a problem we had when we tried to check in. Someone had cancelled our reservation for a handicapped room and gave us a substitute room which didnt work.
Negatives:
The substitute room was a disaster. TV didnt work(no directions) No help came when I called the front desk. There was no bulb in the light on the bed. Worst of all - we killed 20 bugs crawling on the floor and walls (we counted).

There was nothing I liked about this hotel.

Unfortunately there was quite a number of things not to like.The biggest issue was how dirty & foul smelling it was.Carpet not vacuumed& stunk like feet. Hair & food on bathroom floor. Food splatered& spilled in microwave. Front desk did nothing when.
