Well when we reserved the room there wasn't anything stating the pool and hot tub was being remodeled. We also reserved and paid for a king suite and upon check in they gave us a queen room we got that fixed as we thought the new room that put us in was a double full bed room and when we walked in ot smelled so bad it was almost unbearable then noticed the kitchen faucet was loose and about to come out so we told the front desk and they said we'll our cleaning crew came speak English and our maintenance man has been out for a month. So we will no longer visit that hotel and also book through booking.com cause there has been no resolution to these issues

Beds were extremely uncomfortable...very lumpy. The room smelled really bad These are the primary reasons for the bad rating. Sofa sleeper mattress had lots of stains. Would be nice if the kitchen had a skillet.

Everything was not properly working. Fridge was leaking, garbage disposal was leaking, sink was leaking, toilet would stop working, dishwasher would leak when it was ran. Most of the staff seemed not to care about these issues

The 2 bedroom suite we had was very nice. Loved the full fridge. Our suite had two bathrooms. The hotel location was nice. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with the basic.
Negatives:
They have no fans in the bathrooms so the ceiling is peeling and there is a little mold on the bathrooms. The elevator was a rough ride so we ended up taking the stairs the whole trip because we felt unsafe in the elevator. Other than the front desk worker, none of the other workers spoke English so when we had any questions we had to go down to the desk or call it. There is no access to ice at all. I guess they do not have a machine anywhere. Our pull out bed was broke so it took a few of us to get it out and back in. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The staff was super friendly. The woman at the night desk was amazing. Amazing she went above and beyond to help me. I stayed in room 302 and she was very kind. The breakfast was great overall very pleasant experience.

Parking lot is not ideal to deal with during winter especially if its not salted or plowed I had to require assistance from another hotel guest to shovel out a parking space for myself

There was a full trash can of previous guests garbage in waste can in kitchen. The lady who checked us in was very professional. The lady at front desk later on was very rude .
