Positives:
The pool and hot tub were great, the front desk person was personable and helpful, they allowed dogs for a fee, and they served coffee all day.
Negatives:
The beds were very firm, hard almost, pillows were small, not full sized, and it wasn't as clean as I would prefer. Also, breakfast was pretty bad. But for what we paid, we didn't expect anything great. And there is a Perkins right next day.

Positives:
The staff our first day was amazing, breakfast was on time and things were done appropriately. Come to fine out it went smoothly because he was a general manager. The pool is open until 12 am which is a huge bonus.
Negatives:
The hall ceilings were water damaged almost to the point of falling down. Multiple items in the rooms were broken. We had a dented lamp in one room and the beds sucked. Their pillows are small, almost need the 3 to make one normal pillow. We had a dresser drawer with the handle ripped off and we couldn,t use the drawer. The bathroom door is so warped that someone couldn't even get the door shut without slamming it hard and even then it made a horrible noise.Their was blood spots on our sheets so we slept on top the covers. Our second room had a door ripped off where the fridge and microwave were. We came back from our wrestling tournament to find that the house keeper left chemicals on the bathroom sink along with a dirty rag sitting right next to our toothbrushes. We went the next morning for breakfast and it took forever to set breakfast up. Things were constantly running out. When I went to check out I kept righing the bell. No on came for 10 min. A guy then walked in from smoking and walked past and went to the office He ignored that I was there . So i continue to ring the bell. He finally steps out and gets someone to help me. She finally came to check us out. No reason a check out process is almost 30 min.
But when we walked by all staff were in the staff only breakroom visiting. We got home to find that my husbands work bag was gone through and his tablet and smart watch were missing. Those items were never touched while we stayed there. So we aren't sure what happened, thank god for tracking and lock out electronics. So for $180 a night I felt was rid <

It was okay 1st day...
Positives:
The person at the front desk was so friendly! I'm a performer and she was really interested in my makeup and gave me lots of compliments. She was very warm and friendly. Our first room wasn't very clean, so when we brought it to her attention she immediately switched our rooms to a nice clean one.
The beds were comfortable and I loved the pillows so much. I really want one.
I loved that I was given the option on what floor I wanted to be on.
For an economy hotel breakfast, it was pretty good.
Negatives:
The rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked. The first room had blood on the sheets and smelled musty. We got switched to a new room which was much cleaner and worked just fine for me, but there was some kinda of pizza sauce or something all over the remote control and there was old food left in the fridge. Would like housekeeping to be a bit more thorough.
Would prefer to either have more/thicker blankets on the bed or have an extra blanket in the room so in wouldn't have to call front desk in the middle of the night if I got too cold.
