I wish the beds would have been queen size. Double beds are too small for two people. Also the breakfast was terrible. Eggs must have been sitting for hours and the cereal was stale. Good thing they had a waffle maker b

There was no one at the reception desk when I checked in, I had to use a phone on the desk to call a person to the front desk. I was waiting for 10 minutes before a person came down to check me in. Their pool was listed as usable on the website at time of booking. Upon asking why the pool was missing about a 1ft of water they said it was unavailable for use because they were doing renovations, but there was no signage anywhere of being under construction. I could not understand the receptionist as he was too quiet in speaking and had absolutely no interest in being friendly. As I walked into my room and opened the mini fridge, the bottom was filthy. The microwave had not been cleaned, there was no Kleenex in the holder, the key to safe in my room was bent and I was afraid to put anything in it for the possibility I would not be able to get it open. The bathroom door handle FELL OFF as I went to use the bathroom. I had to spend 5 minutes to convince someone from the hotel to come look at the door knob and just wanted it fixed. All it needed was to be tightened, that was it. On top of the literal door jam, was FALLING OUT OF THE DOOR. This stay was absolutely NOT worth the price I paid for. I will never book the hotel again.

Hot tub was under construction , just like it was last year when we came. If it isnt going to get fixed, they should take it off their amenities list. Hotel in general, wasnt very clean. Hair all over my sheets & in the tub & bathroom floor.

it was close by hospital-needs to be reported- we had room 206
Negatives:
the room was filthy. blood in bathtub. refrigerator old food n mold in it. microwave filthy.no cups for inroom coffeepot plus no creamers. my bed looked like it was slept in. floor felt warped doorknob on bathroom door fell off in my daughters hand.

The room was dirty. The floor had not been vacuumed and was dirty. There was a dirty cup on the counter left for me with old toothpaste on it. The staff was very short when asked for a receipt...almost rude. The whole place was dirty and the breakfast was not open on time and I wouldn't have eaten there if it was available. The pool and hot tub don't work either. The shower didn't work either.

I like it cause the...
Positives:
we have always loved staying here because its back off the highway and is quiet. they have a better than average breakfast. it was great to see the renovations being done.
Negatives:
25 minute check in bed covers covered in pizza sauce(I hope) dirty finger prints on TV could not see thru had to clean it and mirrors to use no cups for coffee but marshfield WI water has lead so a good thing probably.
